Born and raised in Brazil and based in New Orleans, DJ C’est Funk is a student of the groove based music made in the 70’s and 80’s. Specialized in funk and disco from Brazil to Nigeria to Japan, C’est Funk hosts his monthly event Batucada Groove, one of NOLA’s premier international music dance party, always aiming to give more exposure to different music and cultures from around the world.
